only ingredient is nuts in our original basic line, you are getting the

Many of the peanut butters found in the marketplace contain hydrogenated
oils and fats, preservatives, salt and sugar. Our products have none of
these. We think of our nut butters as an all-natural peanut butter substitute.
We have only one ingredient for our products, i.e. nuts for our nut butters
and seeds for our seed butters.

MULTIPLE USES
Our nut butters are wonderful compliments to fruit, jams, chocolates,
crackers, etc. They are easily spreadable for sandwiches, snacks/appetizers,
and excellent additions to recipes. They
also make a great alternative in recipes that call for peanut butter and
can be used for some of the fats/shortenings in recipes, again making
them healthier.
