macadamias, cashews and pecans. Our trio blend is the magic ingredient
for a certain upscale smoothie being sold in the west coast Whole Foods
and various stores. It's so good that we've bottled it for you for your
own smoothies. • Texture and Sweetness- It's so
smooth and doesn't separate. The natural sweetness of these nuts makes
the combination of your other ingredients (fruit, milks even veggies)
that much better. Use as little as 1 teaspoon to a full seving of 2 tablespoons
depending on your preferences in your recipe.

| Our top Smoothie Combo for the month is our "Nutty Blast" Raw Trio nut butter with coconut milk and frozen/fresh mangos. The coconut milk we used is Turtle Mountain™'s unsweetened. (at Whole Food stores) It's a nice white, not heavy and mixes well with all our ingredients. The nut butter goes so well with fruit and milks of all kinds. |

Berries are a standard in smoothies and our Trio goes well with the strawberry, raspberry combo here. Banana optional. When using fruit that's fresh, you may want to add some ice or frozen berries to keep a thicker consistency. That's all a matter of personal preference. We felt instead of the nice selection of various milks here which includes rice milk, almond, soy, hemp, coconut etc., that a pear or peach nectar will keep it thick and outstandingly tasty.
